PAYMENT

All major credit/ debit cards are accepted.

(Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card)

All payments will be processed via PayPal. Please have an active PayPal account with your current and correct address. ** Shop Dollhouse Tresses WILL NOT be responsible for failure to confirm or update your PayPal addresses, which could result in lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must take that up with United States Postal Service. Again, Shop Dollhouse Tresses WILL NOT be responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

We offer Sezzle payment plan as an option.
**Please be advised, applications are approved by Sezzle. If you are approved, we advise our lovely customers to make the payments on time. If not, you will no longer be able to use Sezzle as an option (this applies to any store that has Sezzle as a payment option). If you can not keep up with your payment obligations, Sezzle should not be in option.  =)

 

SHIPPING

 

BUNDLE HAIR 

All orders will be processed within 3-5 business days. Once orders are processed and ready to ship, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.

Please allow an additional 2-3 business days once your order has been shipped (this excludes weekends and holidays).

**Please allow up to 8 business days before contacting us about your order. 

 

*WIGS

Please allow up to 10-14 business days (this excludes weekends and holidays). Once orders are processed and ready to ship, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.

Please allow an additional 2-3 business days once your order has been shipped (this excludes weekends and holidays).

***Ready To Wear Wigs are processed within 5-7 business days. 

Information provided applies to 150 density wigs. If you desire 130 density wigs please send us an email.

All orders will be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). We will not make any compromises or attempts to ship with any other shipping company.

 

RETURNS

Due to sanitary reasons, we will not accept any hair that has been tampered with (unbundle hair or hair that has been washed, uncoiled/unraveled or tags removed). Please send bundled hair back in the condition it was received. (Unwashed, in its original packing with tags still in tac.)

All returns must be returned to Shop Dollhouse Tresses within 5 days of receipt. All orders being returned should have tracking information. Please keep your tracking info and have it available upon inquiry.

*Please note all postal cost will be covered by customer.

 

EXCHANGES/REFUNDS

No Exchanges, No Refunds! 

We do understand that every situation is different. For any questions or concerns please contact us with your order number through email ONLY.

 * Also due to fraudulent claims through SEZZLE we will no longer offer refunds through Sezzle payment options. Please read this section carefully before submitting email inquiries. Thank you.
